All rural orders which have not selected rural shipping will be held and you will receive contact from us regarding invalid shipping methods.
At checkout you may select the 'pick up in branch' option for a free pick up service on your behalf, choosing from one of the four locations nationwide. Please note, that if you select to pick up from Warkworth or Pukekohe, your order will be ready to pick up between 4-6 days.
All orders placed after 11am will be collected the following afternoon by Fastway. If your country is not listed below please contact us for a custom shipping rate.

We offer an international freight service via New Zealand Post. For this there are two options; tracked and un-tracked. If you choose un-tracked shipping please be aware we cannot be held liable for loss of goods during freight. All customs/duty laws as per your country will apply and therefore may withhold the package for some time, please check these before ordering.
